It arrived very wrinkly & sort of dusty, but I washed & hung dry. I then took about an hour to steam this clean myself. Well worth it though. It looked amazing. I ordered an XL, it was a little loose in the bust area (but could've been I'm sure better with tape - I didn't use) I'm 5'6 & about 172 as reference. Very flattering & I received so many compliments.
